Our Rights to Intellectual Property

Devbucket, opc. owns all rights to the products and services available on this website. You are not permitted to use our products or services for personal or non-commercial purposes. No products or services are modified, distributed, copied, reproduced, transmitted, displayed, performed, published, licensed, transferred, or resold by us. It is strictly forbidden for Devbucket, opc. to resell our application and code for reselling reasons.

This website (www.devbucket.co) contains our intellectual property, which includes several software products and customized services that you may not copy, modify, replicate, publish, license, or resell. We are not allowing users to download or install any software that comes with a license agreement, and you must agree to all of these conditions of use.

Payment & Fees

Devbucket, opc. customers can finish their purchase using any valid payment method. To receive your payment, we accept credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) for outside of Bangladesh. For Bangladesh we accept Bkash , Nagad, Upay, Rocket, bank cheques and many more.

When a client agrees to all of these agreements, he or she must pay 60% of the entire project amount to confirm your agreement, as well as any customisation. If we do not receive payment from the client within 10 working days, we will send a follow-up email.

We will terminate the contract if the clients do not pay the advance within 28 days. If the clients wish to resume their contract in this regard, they are free to do so.

Cancellation Fee & Refund Policy

Devbucket, opc. reserves all rights about whether or not the refund policy will be applicable. We do not accept refunds for customer deposits or project payments made beyond 30 days if we transmit the design or development source code or the client loads it onto their server. If you discover an error, or if you have difficulties that cannot be resolved by us, we will return your purchase. Otherwise, we do not allow refunds if you edit or modify any piece or a single line of our code, or change anything in our code.

Remember that we will give a contract letter and an agreement for all customized orders; clients must agree with this agreement and sign the contract, as well as respect to all terms and restrictions mentioned in this agreement. According to your agreement, Devbucket, opc. reserves the right to choose whether or not you will receive a refund. If you violate our terms of service, we retain the right to cancel your account without return.

Liabilities and Limitations

Devbucket, Opc. Shall In No Event Be Liable To Any Entity For Any Direct, Indirect, Special, Consequential, Or Other Damages. We Will Not Be Responsible For Any Lost Profits, Business Interruption, Loss Of Information Or Programs, Or Other Data On Your Information Handling System.
